A Specialist Distributor

History

Crestchem Limited was formed in February 1989, in conjunction with M.W. Hardy & Co. Ltd., to offer a specialist UK based Chemical Distribution Service. In April 1992 the directors bought out all of M.W. Hardys' shares. Under the heading of Crestchem Holdings Limited, two 100% subsidiaries were established: Crest Alcohol Limited and Crestchem Limited.

The company operates from premises based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. Additional support is given by a distribution network consisting of a transport depot and three dedicated warehouses located in the North of England: packed goods in Macclesfield, bulk liquids [including refilling, blending facilities] in Speke and alcohol [bonded storage] in Liverpool. Crestchem has expanded over the years, reaching an annual turnover of £15m in 1998.
